I would say that the experience so far…
I would say that the experience so far is good. Would of helped to know in advance what the expectations for all steps that needed done , as far as follow-up with taking pictures and reporting back. SA Aligners constantly calling and sending emails. The aligners fit well and seem to be performing as expected.

My experience with SA Aligners customer…
My experience with SA Aligners customer service has been nothing short of fantastic. From day one, they’ve been there for me, providing support and guidance every step of the way. Their live customer representative was incredibly helpful and patient during the dental molding process. I’ve also appreciated their consistent communication regarding my order status, leaving me completely satisfied with their service thus far.

Quick responses. So far, so good.
The company has been good at contacting us through the steps of the process. We had a hiccup with the teeth impressions, but that was mostly our fault. I have been communicating with an individual through email and so I havnt looked much at the website. It would be nice to have an app or create an online profile to upload photos and mark progress instead of just doing responses to personal emails. Maybe you can do this on the website, but I havnt checked. We are in the beginning stages of treatment and we have not received our 3d treatment plan or aligners. I am really hoping that they will work well for my son and fit correctly. We had issues with a previous company and the fit of the aligners wasnt good and they dug into my son's gums. They were painful in a way that it wasn't supposed to be. So far SA aligners has been on top of communication and their willingness to help with any questions and concerns we have.

Great customer support
So far, I am beyond happy with the customer service that I have received from saaligners. From the very beginning till now, they have been there every step of the way. Their live customer representative made it very easy, and she was extremely patient in guiding me through the dental molding process. Also, they have reached out to me on several occasions to share where my order stands. I couldn’t be happier with their customer service.
