I have to say I am highly impressed with Ryan Homes ONCE AGAIN! This is my second time buying with Ryan Homes and here in Virginia you are working with the BEST sales team, construction team from start to finish! I have been shopping for a new construction home in NOVA for a few months now and I have heard all the sales pitches out there but only with Ryan Homes do they allow you to pick your finishes from the floors, cabinets, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counter tops, style of the home for all your fixtures, with tons of options for backsplash’s, and they give you options to pick from to add an additional room or a study as an option. There are a lot of builders out there in NOVA but they are not Ryan Homes. This is truly a customizable home to your liking at very affordable starting prices. Ryan Homes is the most transparent home builders I have ever worked with. Every step of the way as your home is being built there are photos being taken, you can come out to see your home being built each week of you like and ask as many questions as you like to the project manager, your sales rep and if there are any issues they will resolve them or get you an answer quickly. The location is right off Sudley Manor in Manassas as they are taking over that former commercial area over there the location is nice an quiet from road noise, easy access to the interstate and about 35-40 minutes from the DC metro area and about 25-35 minutes from Dulles International Airport. So it’s a prime location. Oh and let me tell you, Ryan Homes home warranty is a very easy process with no hoops to jump through. IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, you simply go through your home and look for things like an outlet not working, your carpet not staying flat or tacked down or a threshold not being attached or issues with anything exterior like say siding or roof soffit not seeming to be attached or a piece of your flooring seeming to not be right. You find the issue, take a photo of it on your phone, go on the Ryan Homes warranty website and simply submit a claim. I did all of that in my first year and within the same week the warranty repair person was in contact with me and scheduling to come out to see the issue within the week. I have never had an issue of getting the matter resolved with a week even when it came to a contractor coming out to fix the issue. Ryan Homes as amazing customer service and they really do deliver on what they promise. My sales rep Marion just listened to me on exactly what I was looking for and wanting in my new townhome at Parkridge West and she delivered on all of it. I was able to get in early in the community for their grand opening and BOY OH BOY THEY HAVE SOME NICE INCENTIVES to go under contract. I am looking forward to watching my new home being built. Out of the 5 homes we have had built in 7 years (2 custom homes), I would rate our Ryan Home as the best! Our Ryan Home was built in the Harrisonburg, VA area. Best from the sales meeting (Kirstin Dolan) to the Project Mgr, Jon Rodgers and Robert Coman, Production Supervisor. RH team were awesome: responding to questions/ emails, explanations and so forth. We did hire our own inspector (who was also awesome) for pre-drywall and final inspection. The warranty team, Mark Camblos, is also very respondent to warranty repairs; we have only had a couple little things. I feel Ryan Homes uses good quality products like Ply Gem siding, doors, and windows, Bruce Rigid Core Vinyl flooring, Sherwin Williams paint, TAMKO architectural asphalt Heritage line shingles. GE upgraded appliance package. Timberlake Cabinets; also known as 1951 Cabinetry (We do wish the cabinet drawers opened all the way out and that the bottom cabinets had drawer option vs. just cabinets; we installed pull outs in the bottoms and some top cabinets to make things more accessible for us). Your home has to go through at least 4 season to settle, expand, contract. And these changes may cause some nail pops; it is normal. We downsized and just love our new Ryan Home! And the HOA fee is a bonus for not having to mow or mulch our own lawn equipment and it pays for the mowing, mulching, weed eating. We love the large owner suite and owner bathroom. Great room, dining area and kitchen are also a great size for us. Easier home to take care of inside and out which means more time to enjoy life. We have one floor living which is a great option for us. I feel your team is important that your salesperson and building team are recognized as caring, responsible, acknowledgeable in the building process and code, and takes pride in building a great home for their customers.
