I ordered a Trump beer glass for my husband and was so excited to get it! When I got it - the sticker (which I didn’t realize it was a sticker from the picture on the website) But the sticker was crooked and bubbled! The glass has knicks on it and it just looks awful and it is not a cheap glass! So I contacted customer service through email and they finally replied and said send pictures so they could see? I have sent several emails and pictures of the glass and haven’t heard one thing back from them! Worst customer service ever! First time I am writing a bad review but I am so disappointed! I just want to return the glass and get a refund! Have never had this problem with a company! So sad and I will NOT be ordering anything from them and I will share my negative experience with others! I ordered a signed DJT framed picture and was sent a small poster of a row boat. I have emailed the help line but with minimal success. All they state is that they will look into it and try to send out my original order. It was intended as a Christmas gift. I get the feeling RWB outsources their help line to Asia or India based on the horrible email replies and lack of urgency. I’m hopeful I get my money back. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. Very shady IMO.

Still waiting for call back and it has been 2 weeks since I submitted complaint request. I ordered (3) Trump flags, (1) Black, (1) Red and (1) Blue. I received (3) Blue flags which NOT what I ordered. I have not been able to find a telephone number to speak to a live person. I left my phone numbers but have not heard back from anyone. Still waiting for a response and resolution.

Do not order from RWB zone. The quality of their tshirt printing is awful snd their customer service is a joke. I ordered an XL tshirt and received a small. Immediately contacted REB via email. A day later they reply that it my fault and not theirs. They want 40% of the cost of new just to ship out the correct size tshirt. The one I got looks like it was printed in a grade school. Do yoursrlf a favor and shop somewhere else. This CHINESE company sucks! Their response to this review proves ther are lying. The shirt is not personalized it is a standard size small Tshirt with their advertised printing on it but the silkscreen is of very poor Chinese quality. Personalized would mean this is a one of a kind shirt and that certainly is not the case. Not only does their customer service fail, they lie and deceive in their reply. Definately do not buy from these people. If I could rate them a ZERO I would! Fsm

The shirt they sent was enormous, at least two sizes too big. They are not willing to exchange for a smaller size, kinda unbelievable.

I ordered a shirt. This shirt was different from the one I ordered. The print was on the wrong side and was faded really bad. I messaged them, they didn't want to make it right. They just wanted to sell me a different shirt at a discount. They said I needed to modify my order then blocked me. Terrible customer service. I order a lot shirts online and have never had a issue like this!

Did not know flag was coming from China. Very cheap. Very disappointed. Too expensive. They use cheap ribbon to tie flag to pole.

Terrible company. I placed an order for TRUMP flag on July 14th. Order confirmed with delivery date of July 27th. On July 30th I sent them an email inquiring about my order. Their response- “We sent the product to the shipping carrier but due to a large number of orders each day, they still have not yet updated us with the tracking details. We are also urging them. Please wait for a few days. You will receive the shipping notice when the shipping company updates the tracking number.” I have cancelled my order.
