Only shipped half of my order. Still haven't heard back from customer service, even though it has been more than 24 hours.

The item I purchased was on backorder. I requested a refund after 3 weeks. I was given the run around and still haven't gotten a refund. Terrible way to do business.

Was listed in stock, when ordered was told not in stock and on backorder. 3 weeks later still no part. Cancelled order and waiting on refund.

Get your information in order! I am NOT Albert Roberge as I have told you at least 3 times, asking you to remove my email address from your lists. I have no idea about how you deal with your own customers, but you are really annoying me with these constant emails.

You allowed my order to be placed for an item that you could not deliver. I quoted this repair to my customer then had to tell them that the repair could not be done because you canceled my order. Very poor service and I will not use your company ever again

Have not received my refund

My order has not got here yet and 100.00 for item on Amazon 25.00 in 2 days. Going to send yours back for credit if it shows. I will get with PayPal and file. Thanks
