I wasn't happy that I had to pay to insurance the package arrived intact; shipper should accept responsibility and just do a good job of shipping it in the appropriate packaging. When It arrived discovered why they make you insure it - the circuit board shipped with absolutely no padding. Assuming it does work - who knows what a rough ride like that does to the component's lifespan. Guess I'll find out in a few years...

Horrible customer service! I ordered a NEW Dometic ac unit for my camper and received it about a week later. I installed the unit and it doesn't blow cold. Tried contacting RVpartscounty put of course you cant talk to anyone live it just says to fill out the contact form online when you call. So i Did that and was told by email deal the the Manufacturer. I'm sorry i didnt just pay a little bit more to deal with a local dealer who stands by what that sell!

the parts and price were good but do not like the complete lack of customer service. only being able to contact customer service via online forms and waiting for a response has made my decision to never order from your company again. i would rather pay more and be able to talk to someone the pay less and be on my own.

Ordered a dometic brisk air 2 15k air conditioner and three associated parts. The three parts came with no issue. The actual air conditioner was another story. The air conditioner came via UPS and looked as if someone dropped it from a three story building. Why use the manufactures box to ship - have no earthly idea. I refused the shipment - was a Thursday. I tried to contact RV Parts Country - rather impossible due to no voice communication being available on their end. Tried emailing sales - waste of time. Tried their ticketing system - another waste of time. Was told, via a service rep in the ticket, to email "Returns". In the mean time UPS tried to deliver the ac unit again - was Friday of the same week. Refused the shipment again and told the driver, for a second time, to not attempt delivery again. Driver told me the shipper requested it be delivered. "Returns" had not made contact with me so it was at that point I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I'll never do business with RV Parts Country again. BTW - review the yelp reviews.

Got my unit. Was supposed to get a email with purchase confirmation and shipping info. Never received it. Got a shipment on my driveway 3 days later. Didn’t know it was there. Luckily i came home and saw it. When I did get it up to my place. I had power to unit but it wouldn’t run. It wouldn’t turned on. Had an electrician come over and look. Had enough power coming in, but again unit wouldn’t turn on. So I don’t know. You would think a brand new AC would work. Apparently not. We’ll see if they’ll take a return and replace. But who knows. It’s a $100 for shipping. So doubt it.

The unit we ordered is damaged and I've submitted this information to Customer Service. I've tried calling and the phone hangs up and will not allow you to talk to anyone, even with the return department. I'm very upset and I don't recommend them for service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Their return is only good for 15 days and you can't reach anyone for any reason. They don't return a message either.

I am rating this at one star because my new air conditioner that was shipped to me was damaged. I have reached out to RV Parts Country About this with no response on how to return the damaged unit and now you want me to rate how my experience was? You tell me that you are experiencing high volume in customer service and for me to be patient! I don’t understand this. I want to return this unit for a different one.

Item was received w/ axle attached on one side. Still trying to get wagon nut off one side to put axel back in slot. Unusable.
