Please please please, do not take a chance with this company. They are completely dishonest. Received a damaged unit, had shipping insurance, jumped through all the hoops sending pics etc, filed dispute with CC company. Still trying to get my $722 refunded. I will not ship unit back as they have scammed shipping company before and landed with customer money and payment from shipping company so double money from damaged unit! On to BBB to get help! Fingers crossed!

They sent me a defective item that I had to fight to return with the help of the Better Business Bureau. It took 3 months to get the refund and they refused to refund the $79 shipping charge. So I basically paid $79 for nothing! They have no phone support. Everything is done via email and they take weeks to respond. If your part is not defective you will be fine but if you need any support at all you will be stuck. Why risk that? They are a horrible business and hopefully they will go under when people read these reviews and stop buying from them. STAY AWAY!

I ordered faucets and sink in May.(AB-173452) Never received faucets and the wrong sink was sent. Their returns department is a nightmare! I received one reply email asking for picture of wrong sink 2 months ago and nothing since. And as everyone knows who has tried to contact them they have no live contact. I had to buy a new sink and faucet from another company and am out of pocket over $400. I'm a 65 yr old single woman on pension and this stress has been horrible. I don't know what to do anymore!

I ordered the wrong size part back in June 2020. When it got to me I tried to contact them to no avail. When I told the I was going to dispute the charge they gave me a RA #. I order the correct size from them and received it with no problem. It has been weeks since I returned the wrong one and still no refund to my CC account. They have no one you can call or explain what happened so I guess I'm screwed. Never would use the for anything again.

I Ordered an air conditioner knowing it would be a back order and not available they charged me and I Canceled the order ask for money to be returned and still have not received my money back. And no one will contact me back You call number and You can’t talk To Anyone

I ordered an item from RVPartsCountry.com on 1 July 2020. I came across this web site during a Google search an ordered the item because it was $200 cheaper. My card was charged on 1 July and the item was supposed going to be shipped within 48 hours. One week later I still had not received the item I tried to find out the status. There is no section on their website to track orders, and when you call you get a recorded message. I opened a support ticket on their web site and received an email back a couple of days later that stated that my order was cancelled till I gave them a copy of my drivers license and a credit card. They cancelled my order when I refused and won't give me a refund. It has been 7 weeks now and now they are ghosting me. Total scam!!

Big bummer, I have ordered from this online company before. But my most recent 2 orders they dropped the ball completely. Zero customer service appreciation. Once they have your money, that's all they care about. 1st order issue came with cracked AC hood, no response when I notify them of issue. 2nd order issue, part on national backorder with no fulfillment date. Both agree to cancel order and refund part money, was advised twice by email, please wait 3-5 business days. That was 2 months ago. Had to dispute with cc company.

It was extremely frustrating dealing with RV Parts Country -- they use their website for all communications - no telephone or email. The AC unit was shipped to my billing address and took almost 2 weeks to get to the proper address. It would have been helpful to speak with someone instead of trading messages and not knowing if an answer had been provided -- unless I logged onto their site.
