Very pleased with the delivery of my Dometic Air Conditioner Ordered on Thursday and received on Tuesday. I was very uncomfortable about the online ratings from other consumers, but my purchase was seamless. The only reason why I am not giving five stars, I asked for help from Rv country on selecting all the parts I needed to install my Ac and they referred me to Dometic, who by the way dropped the ball as well, back to shopping.

Easy to order

Need a better tracking system. I was unable to track shipment after it left the warehouse. However it arrived on time. Delivered was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Part arrived within four days with standard shipping.

Good communication, however it would have been nice to know that the item I ordered was not in stock. So I was notified that my item was on back order. this means hat I will eventually get what I ordered.

I received my order in two (2) parts; the 1st part was a switch I need for my water heater. The 2nd part was the water heater & it was damaged. There was no offer, or way, to track my order; as for other communication, I assumed my order was shipped when I received an email asking if I had re-ordered, received, or canceled my order and "if I hadn't received it to please wait 24 to 48 hours before contacting RV Parts Country" again.

My orders always arrive earlier than estimated. I haven't installed it yet but the product looks good
