I would NEVER buy from this company. I purchased a Dometic AC unit that was advertised at a discount because it had "minor cosmetic damage". The unit never arrived at my house but was left at a FedEx facility for pickup due to severely damaged packaging, see attached pictures at FedEx location and my screenshots to customer service on YELP reviews. The unit was clearly leaking fluids, had bent parts, and did not function. I contacted RVPartsCountry and sent them the pictures several times. They finally told me after ignoring my messages that this was considered cosmetic damage and would not let me return or get a refund. Shocking response and horrible customer service.

To start with, good prices. That's why I bought from them. If you need to put a claim, you will receive the worst customer service. Even though I paid shipping insurance, It has been well over three months since I placed the claim and no resolution yet. Good luck.

1) The part was listed as a replacement for an Atwood 8535 motor. It is not. The MC motor is 1/3 the size of an 8535 motor and even if some one "could figure out how to reshape their furnace to make it work, it would not produce sufficiently safe airflow. 2) I do not hold RV Parts Country responsible as MC has put the same misleading information to every retailer selling this part. I appreciate RVPC's customer service for the quick delivery, however, I'm stuck with a useless part and no heat in the middle of Winter.

If you value your money and patience don’t go near RV Parts Country. Try a personal contact. You’ll get no response. Apply for a RA and or refund, forget it. Caught in a bind with them currently, complain to BBB in Lexington. Check their rating.

Purchased and awning to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Its now 6 weeks. Phone numbers listed don't work. automated email responses. I finally called the manufacturer and with some questioning they never placed the order. Going thru the BBB, local police, CCC and the FBI is next.

I ordered a part 11 days ago. Part in stock. Has not shipped. No response from them at all. This company is a scam!!!!! Computer generated response saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 5 days. I keep sending messages but get NOTHING!!!!! Do not do business with them!!!! Ken Cote

We ordered a slide-out cover on June 23rd and waited until July 3rd when we had to leave for summer vacation with motorhomes, we tried corresponding with the company to notify them that we would be at a different address but had no success, just computer automated responses. On July 30th we got a email asking if the awning had arrived which was strange because we had not received any tracking number and it didn't indicate where that was that it was going to arrive. And then finally we received an email on August 10th with a tracking number that indicated that it had been delivered on July 11th a month beforehand. Something is fishy or these people are just completely incompetent and unwilling to fix their mistakes.

I asked you all to call because I am always on the road and do not check emails and this is not a good way to do business and I still did not get my answer and wonder if you all read these emails or comments? I don't want to leave a bad review but I cant get someone to speak with ever
