My ac unit came damaged. Very disappointed. I bought the shipping insurance and I would like a replacement please.

im beginning to think you are a bunch of crooks got my a/c unit its damaged an now no one will respond to me an the number provided does not work.if i hear nothing by the weekend i will be driving to there office to resolve the problem in person.

My air conditioner was dented and the cover was broken! And you should be able to call someone instead you just get a recording that will hang up at the end.

Received the wrong water heater. Ordered a Dometic/Atwood g6a-8e. Got a wh-6ga.

The order arrived April 2, 2021 but both packages were refused because the items were damaged upon arrival. Packages were not properly protected with Styrofoam and poorly retaped. I suspect that the items were repackaged by the seller and the Styrofoam was not replaced when shipped from the seller. UPS is in the process of returning items to seller. Only option to contact sellers customer service is via email. All phone numbers refer you back to the email then disconnect. Poor customer service. I am waiting to see what the results of this transaction will be.

DO NOT BUY FROM CANADA - Their customer service and exchange rates are both out to lunch. They were charging $0.56 on the dollar instead of the $.26 it was at the time. I contacted them about it as I thought it was a mistake, and they told me it was handled by FedEx Cross border. I spoke directly with Crossborder and they informed me that RVParts Country sets these. (so they are marking up an addiitonal 30% just on exchange) I thought maybe they ddn't know, so I contacted them and let them know, they basically said, not our problem. Great business policy and ethic. ON top of that they were rude throughout the process. Even a "hey we will look into that", but nope. So buyer beware. I am not surprised after seeing all the reviews for them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I got part of my order 2-of 3parts the two parts showed up damaged one part never showed up . I returned the water heater and door the I’d claim number open part arrived back to shipper yesterday and I can’t get a answer today what’s happenings or when will I get new parts sent out or what ? There all robots no live person

I placed an order for Dometic 9500 awning back on 10-8-20. Their website said 5-8 weeks lead time. I still not seen any delivery confirmation at all. So contacted RV Parts in early Jan 2021. I don't know how many times I contacted them with the same question. They replyed " contact Dometic manufacture" I called the Dometic manufacture they said couldn't help me because I'm not a dealer. So I contacted them again to RV parts country, AGAIN! I get the same message " contact Dometic Manufacture" Rally? I contacted Dometic manufacture again. The answer is can't help me. This is very frustrating. I feel they don't care about the customer. They just want to get much order as possible to just make money. This company does bad business! Shouldn't treat a customer this way.
