I am not sure it’s the right part my old control board has 8 pins the new one only has 7 pins. I have been researching it and I think you forgot to include the adapter pigtail to join 2of the wires together. I am going to call on Monday

You need to be able to answer you phone for questions, not email! Good shipping, but UPS left it not a my actual address. Lot 5 is clearly marked. Box looks undamaged. Will install tomorrow.

Waiting on return of article I received with piece broke off. Ordering was great, however returns are very slow. This is a toilet. So not liking this waiting so long. Received and reported Monday. Now Wed afternoon. Tomorrow Thanksgiving. Good grief does anyone realize I purchased toilet because mine is broke. Believe them to be a good business, but the longer I wait, the more impact it does on my referring them to anyone. At least get a call person for returns sir Laurie Roebuck

I received my order on time but I haven’t used the parts yet so I can’t provide a review at this time. I will say I’m very pleased with the level of communication and the interest shown in my satisfaction from rv parts country.

The only issue I had was being out in the field away from a computer and not being able to talk to someone on the phone. Overall experience was great with fast service once the order was placed online.
