RV Parts CountryReviews of rvpartscountry.com

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and price was great. If I would have recieved an unopened unit that was not damaged it would be 5 stars. Upon recieving the unit, first problem was the delivery guy left the box on its side even though it clearly stated to store with the other side up with the stickers posted on the side of the box. Next problem is after I sat the box on my bench and was cutting the four corners to open the box I noticed the box had actually been re-taped closed. The box wasnt damaged so I know this wasnt done during shipping, but the top has a scratch across it that's light, back corner has a blue scuff that could be cleaned off, but the base has one dent on the back and 3 big dents down the side. There is more than enough damage to void the factory warranty. It looks like I have recieved a scratch and dent unit even though I ordered and paid for a new unit. I have not tested this unit to see if there is any further damage yet.

Ordered awning APR 15 2021. Asked for status on why I had not received it on JUN 16 2021. Here it is JUL 2 2021 and no awning. no response to my status request. I will be contacting Daniel Cameron (Atty Gen KY) next ..feels like a scam. You cannot directly speak to anyone (no phone number) or even reply to the emails they send after purchase.

NO PHONE CONTACT NO RECEIPT NO WAY WILL I USE THESE SUCKERS AGAIN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE-TRY YOURSELF AND CALL THEM

I purchased a $700.00 item from rvpartscountry.com and received the wrong item that is 22 feet long. I contacted rvpartscountry.com in an effort to come up with a solution to this problem, seeing that it was the wrong item and it's too large for me to be able to move. I was told multiple times that "a request has been sent to the warehouse." after multiple weeks of trying to get them to give me a way to get this wrong item back and get the correct item I finally gave up and asked for a refund instead. I was told that I would receive a refund and that it would take 3-5 business days. 25 Calendar days has passed at this point with no refund and the company is not communicating with me now.

i only received the vent operating mec. i didnt receive the inlet water valve I'm still waiting for the rest of my order

I ordered $1000 AC and Duct. They sent me a tracking number that is fake. I asked them about it and they sent me a link that takes me around in circles. They won't answer their phone and their email address doesn't work...or they don't want it to. They stated that the AC was in stock ready to ship and now all I hear from them is crickets.

Received damaged

I received an RV air condition that was damaged, the box was covered in oil upon receiving. The only way to communicate with this company is via email. I immediately emailed them and told them.they said they would send shipping label to have item shipped back. That was on Wednesday May 5 th. Finally after several emails I got the shipping label on Friday May 7 th. The unit was picked by fedex on Saturday May 8. The unit arrived to RV parts county on Tuesday May 11,2021 at 929 am. Signed for by J.HACKER. I have an email stating that when the damaged unit was received that RV Parts County would ship a new unit out that same day. Now they say it will be 4 to 5 weeks before they will send a replacement. I have ask for a refund.
