Over all a good experience. I only received tracking for one item, but the other parts arrived the next day. If you had a phone number that connected me to a person I would have given you 5 Stars. Not a big fan of your communication method.

Everything went good and trust me on this, I am not complaining. The only thing I would like to share is that as I got my order confirmation it came with a tracking number. When I would click on the tracking number it would take me to a link that said “tracking error”. The error never corrected and it left me a little concerned being it was my first purchase. Once again, not a complaint, just wanted to inform. Other then that 5 star service. Thank you, Billy Ruff

Microwave arrived with top corner broken and bottom hinge bent causing door to not close. Protective inner foam broken up in pieces. Shipper fault. Box didn't show much damage though. Missing broken door piece not visible one installed -- no biggie. Straightened hinge just enough to work with some binding.

Box could have been taped up better, was open on arrival and some packing material had come out. Because of this there is a small dent in the corner of the air conditioner

I ordered this pump and thought I got the wrong one. Model number ordered was 4008-101-E65 but I got 4008-101-A65. Please confirm this is the same pump as it looks like the specs are the same. Thank you!

Quick, prompt service. I would have given 5 Stars except: I wanted a replacement CO/Propane alarm in black. They correctly stated black is no longer available and I would receive white. However the price for the "black" unit was $1.00 more than if I had simply ordered the white unit. Because I wanted to be sure I received an exact replacement (except for color), I ordered the black one. Next time I will order the white unit and save $1.00. (The prices should have been identical since it's exactly the same product.)

Very pleased with rvpartsvountry.com I ordered a Brisk II AC and heat unit, they had the best price I could find online and it showed up fast. I installed it today and the only negative there was is that there was a large dent in the frame. I was able to bend it out myself and I don’t think it will have an effect on the operation. The shipping box should have more tape too, the box showed up open from the top and bottom.
