I was very happy with the ordering process, shipping time, and price but I was disappointed that the Propane Gas Detector I received was manufactured in February 2016. That means the unit purchased is 6 months older than the unit it is replacing. Supposedly that doesn’t affect overall product life but I am skeptical.

Pros: 1 - Their prices are good. 2 - They get you the items pretty quickly. Cons: 1 - Calling their number gets you to a recorded response with automatic hang up! 2 - No direct way to talk to someone concerning your order. 3 - Their ticketing system is a joke.

Just notified requested part was back-ordered. Would have expected your site to post availability of parts PRIOR to customers placing orders as other businesses have done!

Only 3 stars because of lack of communication after the sale as far as when my order would be shipped and who it was being shipped by Or even a tracking number. In fact I received my order today and still haven’t received a email

The part arrived in a decent amount of time. I was expecting more specs with the order but only received the electronic board. No info about the power requirements or output of the board. The board I have has input of 115 VAC but no output of any kind. Was hoping to find out more from ordering the board. No documentation received with board will call technical support for specs on this item.

While we did receive our item in a timely manner, communicating with the vendor is extremely difficult and frustrating. They do not offer the ability to communicate directly with a live agent and only through their system, which is very a slow and tedious process. I will not order through this company again.

Not opened the boxes yet but delivery was quick. My first experience with your company. Was very disappointed that I could not call and talk to somebody after order was placed. Email is okay but I prefer a 2 minute phone call when I have questions. I rely on mail order very often and never had this situation before. Probably won't be ordering from you in the future.

Yes I received my furnace and water heater on time and undamaged. I did ask about having a water heater door included in my order but I did not receive one! I know my order was with a door included!
