I received the wrong product: I ordered (5) 32oz. bottles of Thedford Aqua-Kem and received Thedford Aqua-Max instead

Had a replacement panel for a refrigerator that arrived in a padded bag in the corner was broken off of it absolutely no customer service just kept promising they would contact the manufacturer.

I ordered the unit according to model number. I was sent the wrong unit and distribution panel it’s been over a week I’ve been trying to get an RMA issued for it so I can get the proper air conditioner but your customer service is dismal! I run an RV repair business and this is detrimental to my reputation

Incorrect awning sent I received awning material that measures 13'2" and is Dune stripe Bordeaux. I measured per your instructions a 16' awning, Chocolate color. The order number on what I received is 1693697.001 My original order number is AB-213193. I need to receive the correct awning material

Damaged pictures sent twice

We have not received our order of a refrigerator replacement for our travel trailer. What is the problem?

Product was delivered by ups on promised date . The box was in terrible shape,after opening found the ac unit broken , bent ,and unusable. Obviously freight handlers fault. Tried calling during business hours and received only a recording that then hung up with no option to speak. .

shipped damage goods to me and won't pay to return parts. So you are stuck with parts that are no good. do not buy from this company. (by the way you can't talk to a person about problem just post on a site and they where you down (took 8 tries just to upload pictures)
