Parts arrived in good condition. However, it took a long time.

i will call you monday am .. i thought i ordered 2 pieces ?? only the penguin II came ... no instructions. no mounting hardware. where is the inside cover ?? air distribution box.and now i see it requires a t-stat. crap trucking company was very nice ..

Damage exposed when box of AC unit opened. Ordered a Dometic 13500 BTU Duo Therm Brisk II but received a Dometic Brisk II Evolution 13,500 BTU. Asked what the difference was and they chose to refer me to the manufacturer. Why the swap? Was it damaged before shipping?

Ordered an air conditioner and generator. RV Parts Country sent an email that they were sent. Only the air conditioner was sent and it was 2 days late. The ad stated that the generator would be sent 2 to 3 weeks later. The receipt and delivery notice stated only one package. Will wait the required 2 weeks for the generator.

Shipped quick, but customer service is lacking. Can't correct an order before it ships.

received damaged, mostly cosmetic. emailed sent to have a new 15,000 BTU shroud cover sent. I was able to install unit and it works fine with some bent metal, but plastic shroud cover is cracked beyond repair. I emailed customer service waiting response back. Received my Brisk air II today. Box is broken on all sides. Upon further inspection I found the base around the air conditioner scuffed up. I’m not to worried about that but I also found the shroud is broken. I can live with the air, provided it works but the shroud needs to be replaced.

I ordered suburban hot water heater, price and shipping cost were excellent, arrived quickly. The package was in excellent condition, but while installing the WH we noticed the control housing was tweaked and not square, by this point we had already gotten the WH in a very tight space and probably scraped up the bottom making it difficult to return. I was able to bend the metal enough to make it work. Since the packaging was in good condition I think it must have been a manufacturing error. My bad for not checking closer out of the box. The water heater works great and I'll definitely use RV Parts County again
