Long post*** I ran across this site looking for a new air conditioner. Never heard of it so I just wanted to talk to a live person to ease my worries so I called the number they gave online. It lasted about 10 sec because all they did was say to go to the cust. Service link online and somebody will be waiting to respond. Well I did so and still to this day have no response but I decided to try it out anyways since the reviews were not bad.For somebody like me who has no experience on replacing my air conditioner I needed help and I never received it. But I ordered my replacement and the one good thing was the package was able to be tracked so I knew where it was. But when I got the package I received my air conditioner upside down and did not realize it till the next day when I went to load it up in my truck. When I pulled the air conditioner out of the box it came with scratches all on the cover and a couple dents on the side. Nothing worth replacing and waiting another week for another one. So I installed the unit and when I went to turn it on and the fan was rubbing the Styrofoam on the side wall from it being off-center. I’d like to and wish I could say I had a five-star experience but unfortunately this was not one of those cases. I don’t think it’s a bad site to use just wish they cared a little bit more about the customers enough to go the extra mile

Both units are not scratched and dent. Both units have damage to the coils. The base on both units are bent into and out from the coils and compressors. One unit have no protection from shipping and the box was severely damaged by the time it was delivered. I will gladly provide pictures to show the amount of damage that these units have endured.

I asked for and ordered a complete new install and it has taken 3 orders and a lot of communication to get the complete unit

The order shipped a day later than we were told it would. The inability to speak with an actual human was very annoying. You should have, at least, a live chat feature with a live person on the other end, or better yet, a telephone that someone actually answers. It took us a couple of days just to confirm that you actually had one in stock, and then, as I said, it shipped a day later than expected.

We purchased a Dometic 13500 BTU Duo Therm Brisk ll RV air conditioner and did receive our shipment from UPS within a couple of days, which was nice... But after installing the new unit exactly how it was supposed to be installed, we weren’t getting any power for it to kick on. We did try contacting RV parts country about our issue, but they don’t take customer phone calls ((which is very annoying)) only emails. So we ended up having to call a neighbor who’s a certified ac technician to come over ((who did charge us for his time)) and help us figure out the problem... Come to find out it was the relay switch inside the new unit. The technician used a volt meter to test the new relay switch and it was only showing 80 volts and needed to be at 110 volts to kick on. The technician told us that sometimes relay switches will stick for whatever reason. So just a heads up if you’ve hooked up everything perfectly and your not getting any power for the unit to kick on. Then definitely try checking the relay switch... We are just so glad our neighbor was available to help us out in such short notice and fixed our issue...We were so worried that we would have to cancel our up coming camping trip this weekend. And that we would have to take our camper to camping world to wait weeks and be charged a fortune to have it fixed.

Lacking in the communication dept. would really help if their company would send out the tracking numbers without a hassle. I did receive my shipment in a timely manner and boxes were already open but the product was ok inside. This day and time you wonder if you will get your products with all the scams going on. It is important to keep good communication with your customers if you want them to come back . Thanks Jackie
