Ordered ducted AC unit in error. Immediately notified them about my error. They immediately said order could not be cancelled as it was in process. You cannot talk to anyone. All phone calls are referred to their online communication TICKET with a commitment to respond within 48 hours. Responses were all the same. Cannot cancel order in process. Dometic products are non returnable! Visa placed a temporary credit on my account. I submitted a Kentucky BBB complaint and within seven days received notification ffrom RVPartsCompany that my order has been cancelled. Beware.

They will try to avoid helping customers with returns,email only service. Took them over a week to reply with email,this not acceptable. You can call,but rude operator will not help you. Try to avoid doing business with this company.Customer service is a two way street, I will buy but must be able to trust a company with returns and be able to talk to service agent!!
