Have not yet received item. No body will give me information on the order. Wish I could cance6and get money back. I contact sell and they say I need to go to website where I ordered it. Do,they not stand behind their products?

BEWARE!!! Took them 30 days to refund my defective return and they only refunded $24 of my $37!! They kept 35% restocking fee?!! Can’t reach them by phone only email. This company is joke! Stay away and order your RV parts from a reputable company not this one!!

Would give zero stars if I could.... and wish I had read these guys' online reviews before ordering from them... I think one of five review sights sights get them up to 2.5, the others are all at 1 star. Definitely not worth saving money from RVPC if you have the chance, unless you're okay getting your stuff almost a month later and broken, only to have to deal with a completely non-functional non-caring customer service and/or return department. You will get the run-around, guaranteed. They don't allow phone calls or have an answering number, run days behind on their emails, have no remorse for that and lied saying they never got my original emails, when surely they went through. Fortunately, the company who made the product I bought stepped in and made the replacement... not without telling me my story and these complaints are common with RVPC. I wouldn't be surprised if RVPC is dropped as a vender by this company...

they are a joke sent me wrong product they did nothing

these dumb asses hide in the internet, they will not do not answer their phones. they shipped me the wrong item, and have jerked me around about the return of the wrong item and have not shipped me the correct item a sink for my motor home. If I ever get my sink I WILL NEVER FROM THEM AGAIN. Please beware this is a BAD company

This company is as close to fraudulent as one can get. I wish I had read the many terrible reviews BEFORE I had purchased. My item was delivered damaged and unusable. Numerous attempts to resolve this were ignored by RV Parts Country. I was forced to file a dispute through Paypal . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

FRAUD!!! This entire company is not reputable BBB should investigate this company is Scammy at best will not rectify online transaction. Claims they aren't the company I have issue with but links right to bigdaddyrvparts.com right from their website.......DO NOT BUY!!! Update: I have discovered this company under all titles have written fake reviews on various websites in attempt to fool consumers people have had good experiences instead of bad ones.

Nothing is ever their fault, Horrible Customer Service i places an order ($1450) for an awning which clearly states 2-3 week delivery (you even have to sign agreeing to it) but when the 3 weeks rolls around nothing. You contact them (by the way they don't have phones only on line chat) they blame everyone else and offer nothing in return for not living up to a written agreement. I contacted the actual product manufacture (Lippert) and they told me that they had informed RV Parts Country earlier in the season that this is their busy season and that it will take longer for shipping, yet RV Parts country still has this on their website knowing full well they can't deliver in that time frame. Totally misleading... Yet when you call them on it they will do nothing for you... Spend your money somewhere else....
