Just received my Dometic unit. While clearly marked fragile this side up, it was left on my front porch on it's side, the box was torn and had obviously been opened. The cover is damaged and the frame is bent. I don't even have a customer support number to call. No paperwork came with the unit. The only reason for the 1 is due to the low price. At this time I would rate a ZERO. I will try to get satisfaction, but I'm not holding my breath. This is the hardest company to business with EVER!

DO NOT BUY FROM RV Parts Country! Placed order on 4/15/20. Received damaged and wrong item sent. Notified Returns Department and they to send the replacements which did not happen. Due to the very poor customer service, we requested return tags for everything and wanted a full refund. It is 5/27/2020 and we still have not received our refund. If you try calling their phone numbers, no one answers and you do not get a call back. After numerous emails and phone calls with no resolution, we would like our refund so that this nightmare will end!

Still waiting for rest of shipment

They shipped a $800 A/C unit which I paid the extra insurance on. They didn't have the right address on and fedex left it unsecured at an office 1/2 mile away. Where it was stolen. No signature required, no phone number for the driver to contact me. They put the insurance in their name so they have to file the claim. A week later I have had no response on the claim and the cubicle drone sent a message that they consider it delivered and they won't do anything. These people don't even have a phone number and dozens of bad reviews. I really should have done a search on them before trusting them. 1

Part was not as advertised. Package came with no return address, no invoice. Have sent e-mails requesting return address and return info, have gotten NO reply. Very disappointed. Doubt I will do biz with company again.

Recieved all the items. I have been trying to returm the thermostat but have not been sent the RMA and process. Poor customer service. Very difficult to do business with and wasting my time.

I ordered the wrong part from this company. The email was sent to me at 3:01 pm EST. So, i logged back into the website and tried to cancel it. I was aggravated because, there is no option or link to cancel an order on their website. I submitted a request to cancel the order at 3:14 pm EST. I could not call RV Parts Country because none of the customer rep numbers on the website work. The automatic answering does not forward the caller to a person or voice mail. The machine tells the caller to come in and see them or submit a request. Also, no email is provided for customer service. So, a customer service rep responded to my request 30 minutes after I ordered the part. I found the response on the RV Parts Country website while I was waiting for a response and looking for it in my email Inbox. I was told, "sorry, the item has already bee processed and waiting for shipment." I find it hard to believe the warehouse person found the item, packaged it, cleared the system, and completed other preparations for shipment in less than 30 minutes. The company is a scam and uses deceptive practices on customers who buy from them. I will never purchase an item from them again.

I ordered a Coleman thermostat that stopped working less than 30 days after installed I was told by rv parts courtney via email, they do not answer the phone, that they do not honor a warranty for the thermostat and I had to go back to the manufacturer because once installed they can not exchange return or honor any warranty for their merchandise. One has to wonder how your supposed to know if the product works or not if it's not installed apparently according to them if installed there is no warranty makes no sense these people need to be put out of business
