Unusable when delivered in damaged condition

I did receive part of my order AB-180789 that was placed. Part # 381621 butyl tape was never received and part # SW6D was received but was not the item ordered originally . Part #SW6P was the number ordered and has manual ignite instead of auto lite. My camper is a 2007 model and is not wired for auto lite. Contacted our local RV center and was told estimated cost to up date this is $225 . So no not happy with my first purchase from RV Parts Country . I would request a representative from RV Country to contact me.

I ordered two maxxfans, which they claimed to have in stock. I asked from the outset if they were indeed in stock, and they strung me along for 14 days until they admitted they didn't have them in stock. Now, they're refusing to refund my money after i've been asking to cancel for the last week. The phone number they offer isn't real, never works. Their customer service ignores you for multiple days at a time. Companies like this make me want to shop on sites outside of the US. You guys are an embarrassmant to our country.

Took forever. Had to text back and forth with customer service. What could have been done over the phone in 5 minutes took a day and half by text. I gave them my nimber and still wouldn’t call me. Paid for quick ship. It cost an extra $63. I received part 6 days later.

I placed an order with them and told them that I don't get mail at the house except by UPS or Fedex. If USPS was going to be used then send to PO Box. They didn't even read the notes. I have sent numerous emails and have not recieved anything. It has been a month. THEY SUCK!! I am going to my bank and have funds reversed and let the bank handle the fraud claim. If they charge my card again, I will make a personal trip to Kentucky and teach them JERKS a lesson. I will show them not to mess with a redneck and his gang of friends. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CREEPS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! In fact I called their number several times and it was disconnected. I think it is a bunch of crooked yankees running the place!!
