Hello. We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience. As the platform, we do not control the prices set by the Hosts. The nightly rates and charges are 100% set by them. When we hear that they are not responsive or providing bad service, we take corrective action. Please reach out to our Concierge team and let us know who the Host is, and please feel free to leave a rating for them on our platform so others are aware. We are happy to find a different Host on our platform who can serve your needs. Let us make this right for you.

Hello. We are truly sorry about your experience. As you know, we are a person to person marketplace just like AirBnB. If a Host is declining your requests after they list as available, please feel free to rate them accordingly on the platform. Also please let our Concierge team know about the Host and allow us to help you find a solution for your trip. That is what our Concierge team is there for, to help you connect with a great Host so you get a great RV and have a fantastic trip. Another thing to understand is that many Hosts are on multiple platforms and we are in the busy season, therefore they may not be able to keep their calendars updated as quickly as they should. Again, we are sorry that you had a poor experience and ask that you give us the opportunity to make it right. 2nd Reply: We are sorry you feel that way. We do enforce it on our end as well as ask Guests to leave a review for Hosts regarding their experience just like on AirBnB or other RV Rental platforms. We send out constant and regular reminders to our Hosts to keep their calendars current. Unfortunately, not every Host keeps them as up to date and as fast as we would prefer and sometimes an RV will show as available when it was booked a few minutes prior and the Host hasn't updated the calendar before receiving a new request. Our Concierge is available when Guests need assistance in finding an available RV and reaching out to Hosts who will work with our Guests.
