Shipping was reasonably prompt but both ends of the shipping tube were gone. They were only taped closed but the tape let go during shipping. Luckily both rolls stayed in the tube but one of the ends of one roll was dented. I'd gladly pay an extra dollar for plastic or metal end caps for the shipping tube.

Great product, but the description is incorrect. It's not an air-release vinyl and needs to be applied wet, not dry. Wasted some of the product finding that out.

I liked that I was able to purchase a small amount of film. I didn't need multiple feet or an entire roll. The film was rolled and placed in a soft bag. Not good. A hard tube would have been better. The top and bottom edges of the black film was creased and crumpled badly. This may come out if I use heat during the application process. The gray I ordered had a gouge in it that went through the film and exposed the backing. This was so easy to see I'm surprised it was still shipped. For the price I paid I got more than enough film for my needs so even the film having damage wasn't terrible. I would purchase again as their price was good and shipping speed was adequate.

The vinyl arrived with a slight crease in it from shipping. It would benefit from being shipped in a cardboard tube.

The tint kit showed up with the driver side film missing.
