RVinyl sent me wrong size uncut film and refuses to offer a pre-paid shipping label to return the film for a refund, or cut it for me per the specifications of my order. They prefer to go back and forth with the customer and will place the blame on the customer instead of just doing the right thing. I will not be ordering from Rvinyl again.

Ordered Oracal 951 vinyl in gold.... Immediately realized I needed gold pyrite.... So I emailed them immediately to no return email for days... Vinyl had already shipped but they still refused to recognized that I needed a different colour. After several emails this is what I get...Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, we do not offer to swap, sorry. Thank you, Collet M Rvinyl Customer Service........ Although their return policy clearly states "we're happy to accept a return for a store credit, gift certificate or exchange" .... Don't do business with these people

Rvinyl sent me a defective product. Attempted to blame me for it. They made no attempts to clarify or offer a solution. It turns out a quick internet search will show that this is pretty standard for them. Send out bad or mismatch product, refuse to accept any accountability, blame the customer, pocket the money. Pretty shameful considering they're marking the stuff up several thousand percent.

Simply put, I've never had this poor of an experience buying anything online in my life. These guys were a really bad experience. I ordered vinyl pillar wraps online for my car (2013 Land Rover LR4), and when they arrived they didn't fit. Meaning they weren't cut correctly for my car. They obviously are cutting the wrong template, which I can understand, but of course I no longer want this product. When I complained they asked me to send pictures, which I did, and they replied saying this was how they were designed to fit, and they wouldn't offer a refund. (The specifics: The photos I sent clearly showed that the fit was correct at the top of the pillar, but got narrower as it went down, and ending up way too narrow at the bottom of the post. I replied that this didn't make sense since the fit was different at the top than the bottom. And also that their website was full of photos of this product that showed a correct fit. The customer service person said she was checking with management, then came back and said they had refused to do the return, then stopped replying. $50 in the grand scheme of things isn't a huge amount of money, but the way these guys do business was unbelievable to me. (meanwhile it probably cost them closer to $5 to produce these wraps.) Buyer beware.

Placed an order at 5:18pm for vinyl. Woke up next day and wanted to edit order at 8:40am. They claimed my order was in process and can’t be edited or canceled. Because it’s vinyl it can’t be refunded. I tried to work with them about exchange but they weren’t having it. They hurried up and shipped out order so I couldn’t edit it. Greedy scumbags. Hope someone spits in their lunch daily. **UPDATE**. I received my package today and it was missing items. Probably should’ve slowed down and taken your time instead of rushing to try to jam me up. Now I’ve gotta try to get the rest on my stuff that I paid for.

terrible tint quality, sent wrong items and refused to pay for return shipping. avoid this company and save yourself the aggravation

I purchased a custom dash kit from Rvinyl. Their claim is that it is specifically designed for the year make and model of my vehicle. After waiting 17 days to receive the product, I installed the first two pieces. The first piece I would rate as a 6 of 10 in terms of custom fit. The second piece I would rate a 1 of 10. I attempted to contact them several times over the phone, through email, and online. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to connect with online chat. After sharing pictures of how poorly the items fit, the customer service person informed me that their CEO and in-house expert said, "that is how they are supposed to fit". I respectfully explained that is not the quality standard that they claim, and that it doesn't meet my expectations for a quality standard. I had requested an RMA for a return and refund and was told that they only accept returns of new, unopened and unused items and then they will only provide a store credit. Clearly, it is impossible to know how poor the quality and fit is until it's been opened and installed. When I was told I had no other options to escalate my concern, I made a follow up phone call in hopes of a different option and was able to reach the same online support person. I asked him if I could escalate the issue to the CEO Philip Krynsky. The support person laughed out loud at my question. I have escalated to a dispute with my credit card company. All that said, I see why the reviews and ratings for this inferior business are so low.

Bought these for the door Pilars on my Tacoma. The graphics/decals dont have a straight edge, at one point it rolls over the edge and at another doesn't make it to the edge. The corners over hanged so much, I would've needed to recut myself as they hung over to the glass. I requested a refund and they stated the product was cut by design and that I no refund would be offered. Don't buy from these guys, unless you are looking to add graphics/decals cut out by a kindergartner.
