Easy to deal with, and prompt shipping. Well made product. The only issue I have is that the cord is not long enough (story of my life 🤣). I should’ve bought a 25 foot, instead of 15. Outside of my error, I am very satisfied.

I ordered the item, items sent but shipped via Amazon. The item was then supposedly delivered to my mail room but Amazon decided to take one photo with 20 packages and say it was delivered. The mail room doesn't see it, double checked with me and no item is found. I notified the company and was basically told too bad.

We understand the frustration when tracking information does not align with actual receipt of an item. Our team made multiple attempts to work with you and the carrier to resolve this situation, including requesting additional verification from the delivery location and exploring available options. While we were unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution through our direct communications, we remain committed to improving our service based on customer feedback.
