This was the first time I had to obtain a VISA. Therefore, I had to learn about sending the Passport as well as real photos. Once you received them all, I had to wait just a week to receive my Passport and VISA. And I did receive it! I am proud of Ken Altman because he helped me every time I phoned him. Ken was positive and helpful to me!

I don't think I would have been able to get my visa to Nigeria in time for departure without these guys. Customer service was excellent, I never waited more than 3 minutes until they were on the phone. Email communication was excellent. They were very helpful with document gathering, general information and ensuring that I was moving through the process as quickly as possible. There relationships with the embassy are critical for getting visas with as little hassel as possible. Dealing with the other agencies and embassies themselves is very difficult and time consuming so having the help of rushmytravelvisa was invaluable.

Traveling and obtaining a visa are always situations that induce anxiety and worrying if you're "doing everything correctly", "will it get to me in time for my trip", etc. Rushmytravelvisa.com was outstanding in their support and flawlessly delivered a great customer experience. I will never use another service again - and highly-recommend Rushmytravelvisa.com to anyone who will listen.

Would have been next to impossible to go to Miami myself with my work schedule... and it was a very reasonable price ( less than a day missed from work and the price of gas to drive down there). Thanks for the wonderful service.
