We have had an excellent experience with Rushmytravelvisa so far. The price seemed high but was a savings for us if we'd had to do it for ourselves. We would have missed work, paid for fuel/hotel/meals, and spent frustrating hours in a consulate on our own. The convenience aspect convinced me to work with your service. E-mail notification as each step was completed was timely, and we received our passports & visas back in plenty of time for our journey. My final request was for a refund on the unused shipping labels, since both our passports shared a single envelope. We have yet to receive our refund which was requested recently. Once that comes in, I would change the rating from 4 stars to 5!

Our Brazil visas arrived very promptly, much sooner than we had anticipated. We needed our passports back quickly, as we were going overseas, and with such great service we were not stressed at all, wondering if they would arrive in time. With clear instructions on how to apply, and a check list to ensure we had everything in good order, it made the whole process a breeze.

Ease of application and processing was a plus. Knew every step of the way where the process was going. Only disappointment was that I did not have to sign for return of passport/Visa, it was just left at my door. In this day of Identity theft not a good thing.

Having had a panic situation with my passport that was handled terrifically with lots of updates, I was a bit disappointed when the same level of notification did not come through on my visa request. Turned out it wasn't a snafu of differences in handling at an embassy, but rather a courier who didn't enter the data in a timely manner. Everything eventually arrived with I. The assigned time. I just had to trust that it was progressing in a timely manner more than I would have liked to considering the circumtances.
