Mixed experience. I needed a Visa in <5 days. My order was accepted through an active website PassportsandVisas.com, but went to RushMyTravelVisa, which created some processing problem on their end that wasn't clear to me. I received e-Visa instructions and the name of an agent very promptly, but I had already called their contact number to get in the queue. I reached a different agent, Angela Cobanov, than the agent that was assigned to me by email. She quickly got my account straightened while I waited, got me all of the instructions I needed then walked me step by step through the instructions, answering all of my questions. I had all of my documents and my application turned in <2 hours after discovering that I needed a visa. Thank you, Angela. The challenge came in the written instructions. I submitted a photocopy of a 2" x 2" official passport photo, but its resolution wasn't high enough. I wound up needing to take my own high-res photo, crop it to 2" x 2" and re-submit it. Then, same issue with the photocopy of my passport - it needed to be in color and high-res. I wound up doing the same - high-res photo in a PDF. In all, there were 2-3 go-backs on the process that could have been avoided if the written instructions from RushMyTravelVisa had been clearer or more specific. The good news is, with every issue that arose, Angela quickly reached out to me to communicate the problem, worked with me to get it resolved and I got my visa on time. Overall, a positive experience that will be easier next time, but it could have been better if the written instructions were more specific about what's needed.

Angela Farmer was a tremendous help to us in the extremely frustrating task of obtaining two tourist visas for travel to India. I am sure that we would HAVE NEVER DONE THIS WITHOUT HER HELP AND INPUT!!

Some of the processes are a bit complicated depending on which country you are looking to get a visa for, and I think at times there could be more or clearer instructions sent with the initial application forms, but overall, the actual people who work at the agency are extremely helpful, quick to respond, and will answer any and all questions you have. They definitely encourage you to ask all of your questions and don't make you feel unwelcome for doing so. I've used their service several times and feel comfortable recommending them to people I know. There is also normally quick return time on everything which is really nice.

I was able to obtain an Order Number and start the process of completing the on-line VISA application. I had to call the help number several times for clarification of what is needed to complete the application. The help line staff was polite and friendly. When I needed assistance on uploading my photo into the on-line application, The help person just sent me the instructions for cropping my photo. The instructions were for a different application then what I had on my desktop. When I requested help on uploading the photo, I was told that I would be provided with an e-mail with instructions. When I requested a walk through of the instruction, I was told that "I have never done that." I was also told to call the computer manufacturer, my software provider, or my internet provider when the issue was with the on-line VISA application. The help person did not attempt to get someone else to help me. On my own, I had to work through the photo upload process. I had to start the on-line application anew. When I did this, the upload option appeared as a pop-up so that I could upload the photo. Other than the photo upload, the whole VISA process was completed to my satisfaction and could be rated as GREAT. I received the VISA within 2 weeks of completing the application.

Excellent job and on time. Previously the impression has been that visa requirements have always been late, but this has turned around significantly.
