Unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and inconsistent. Don't trust your sensitive travel documents with this firm. I will deliver the documents to the consulate myself. Canceled appointments and refusal to perform promised and paid service. When I asked the "operations manager" for a refund I was told I can talk about it with him but he would have to charge me $50 to see me in his office!!!!! I used their services for the past 3 years. Major problems last year with inept staff in Washington D.C. office caused unreasonable delays and stress. I thought I'd give them the opportunity again this year....big mistake. Last year I was very surprised to read many bad reviews. Now I understand why. Now all reviews appear positive.....very suspicious. I'm a loyal repeat customer (3 visas and one passport) and they treat me like crap. What kind of service will they give you? Happy travels, don't let this company cause you stress or interrupt your plans. Cheers!

Paid for priority service. Got my application to them 2 weeks before departure. The check list provided was out of date. Was told I needed to provide a cashier check. Then later told there was a new process and had to pay by credit card. Told I did not provide hotel reservation information but I had provided it on the itinerary with my flights. Then later in the week told I needed to provide an invitation letter, which I did but it took me a couple of dares to get. I provided it on early morning 3/17. My departure date was to be 3/25. My co-workers submitted applications for their visas on 3/20 and paid on 3/21, but did not use Rush My Travel Visa. They received their visas on 3/22 and 3I was told by Rush My Travel that my visa would be released 3/23 or 3/24 and I would have it no later than Saturday morning. That did not happen! I had to change airline tickets (not cheap!) and rearrange hotel And I'm missing 2 days of an important work shop! Was told Visa would be issued on Monday, 3/27 and I would receive it Tuesday. I really need to be at the workshop so I came down to D.C. From PA on Sunday at my expense, including a hotel night. I went to the Embassy first thing this morning to pick up the visa where I was informed it had been issued on 3/16 and ready for pickup since then!!! I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst service ever! Horrible! Not honest!

We had to initiate contact for every delay that has been communicated during this process. Even after sending emails, we have had to call to get answers. Those calls, on two occasions, have been answered with "I'll call you back in 15 minutes." Each time we have had to call back to get a response after at least an hour has passed. After choosing Expedited Travel to obtain Brazil business visas one month prior to travel, Expedited travel failed on multiple occasions. After completing the requested applications provided by Expedited travel, they apologized and sent us a new set of applications to complete. After our initial business letters were questioned by our sales rep, we asked to speak with a manager. The sales rep said not to bother and submitted our paper work. After two weeks of no communication, we called to inquire on the status. Ashley noted she would need to call us back. After we called back later that day, we were informed we were denied business visas due to the ambiguous word "training" in our invitation and sponsor letters. At this time we were finally able to speak with a manger, Justin. Justin noted we would need work visas due to the ambiguous "training" in our letters. We did our own research and found we were not eligible for work visas due to our profession. They recommended we resubmit with new original notarized letters. After obtaining these notarized original documents from Brazil in Portuguese, Expedited travel was to submit these on our behalf. The following week we called to check the status .... they did not submit our documents?! No visa, equals no trip. Thanks RushMyTravelVisa :(

Horrible customer service. I ordered the wrong thing and was still charged full amount!!! be careful!!!!! They were very rude and I paid for a service I did not receive.

I paid them to obtain my Visa from Brazil. They up charged me an extra $200 on top of their original fee. The courier has my VISA in hand and instead of sending it direct to me they send to their LA office. As its the day of my travel they call me and ask for another $225 for same day. They sat on my file for weeks and didn't do anything until I called them to ask about my passport n visa. As of now I'm still waiting wondering if I'm going to make my flight after having spent all this money to this horrible service.

I was promised visa and passport on Wednesday and received Friday - After paying 'Emergency' fees and fulfilling all my requirements. Lost all monies on refundable air tickets and the best part is rushmytravelvisa refunded $130 of the $603.90 that they charged ($409 for one day service) Would I use them again or recommend to anyone? Definitely not. They are not only unprofessional, but do not make right their blunders.

I 100% believe that all the positive ratings on here are written by this "John Leyva" guy because apparently they can't get enough of him. Anyway, this service absolutely sucks. "RushMyTravelVisa" except they don't rush anything, except rush to get out of work. Customer service will ignore you, just keep transferring you over and over again until the work day is over, then they'll just drop you. They won't answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, nothing. Oh, and they lie about everything, then try to blame it on you. I did a 5-7 day rush visa service, and have the receipt to prove it. I payed extra, a lot extra. I call on the 7th day to get an update, after 10 unanswered calls and live chats, the guy just tells me it's actually 7-10 days, and maybe more. I lost the chance to go on a trip of a lifetime because Rush My Travel Visa is a worthless company. If you're going to use a middleman for your Visa or Passport, try another company. Rush My Travel Visa is a massive ripoff that does not deliver any of their empty promises.

I guess all the negative reviews must be removed or something because there is no way a company like this would get such unanimous reviews. My last 1 star review was removed as well. Talk about skewing the rating. Terrible customer service who takes the "not my problem" approach to helping you. I've been ignored dozens of times during Live Chat and none of my phone calls or voicemails get returned. I am down over 7,000 dollars on a trip because they made promises they can't keep and wouldn't even be bothered to let me know if it was getting delayed. They can remove all the negative reviews on here but they are powerless when I expose this scam to millions of people. They screwed over the wrong person this time, and it's sad that this will warrant an immediate email or phone call to me, yet I will get ignored day after day by them.
