I was very excited to receive my China Visa by FedEx Tuesday! My rep at the company, Angela Farmer, was great. She made herself available to me throughout the whole process, which went very smoothly (despite the fact that the machine at the Chinese Embassy decided to break the day my Visa was supposed to be printed!LOL). It is darkly funny, now. At the time, it delayed my visa, and I would have been slightly hysterical, but Angela handled it beautifully: reassured me, gave me worst case scenario alternatives. She was excellent, and got me my Visa with only one day delay. I can't say enough about this company. 5 out of 5!!

When I first started the process to get a China visa, was around the time that the company I was using was purchased by Rushmyvisa.com There was some confusion as the contact info for the old company was still working even though they were not calling me back. When I was able to get a hold of the new company, I worked with Clarence Standish. All I can say if AMAZING. He made me feel that it was all going to be okay, walked me through the process and I got my visa a few days early. The best line that Clarence said to me when I was freaking out about not getting a call back from the other company, he said although they have a lot to do to get caught up, what he was concerned about was me at that moment. Our China visa experience was excellent due to the help I received from Clarence Standish. I spoke to him multiple times and he was able to answer all of my questions. From the time I submitted our applications until we received them was 2 weeks. We are now relieved that we can go on the vacation we planned!
