Great customer service. I had an issue with my order, basically I accidentally over ordered and didn't realise until I'd paid. I sent an email and received a very quick response. My refund was taken care of quickly, I am very impressed and thankful.

I recently purchased a multi use kitchen peeler from rushbat. The product arrived only after I contacted them after a 4 week delay. This product is nothing like what is advertised on their website. It’s made of cheap aluminum and bends at the touch of your finger. A complete rip off!

Ordered 2 needoh sets on March 14. Their tracking system told me that my merch was sent back due to a delivery error on April 5. I reached out to customer service to request a refund. On April 20 I received an email saying my packages have arrived, but they had not. I’ve tried to contact cs twice regarding and no responses. I’ve contested the charge with my bank to recover funds.

Noone has replied to my emails. I received an email on April 6, 2026 confirming that you received my order and the email states that another email will be sent to me when my order is shipped. When I called (which is called 4 times) I get an AI with the name of Sara I was to get a replied whitin 12 hours and it has been 4 days with no response

Although the product wasn’t exactly what I’d expected, Rushbat fully refunded me. Great service and I’m sure this product will suit the right age bracket.

Absolutely disgraceful. Misleading! Sent tiny Needos that cost a fortune. My daughter is so disappointed!!
