I received my order promptly and quality of product was great. There was just a discrepancy with it, I received two items of the same thing. I emailed them and let them know and got a very prompt response, very friendly and they refunded my money. Great Customer Service easy to deal with just that one small discrepancy in my order, but I will definitely order from them again.

Shipping took a while and I became alarmed when my confirmation order number and tracking number indicated “no order”. I emailed and the quickly replied and resolved. We got our peeler/knives shortly after and the product 100% doesn’t disappoint, works like a champ and is good quality. It does not look or feel “ cheap”. The weight and design and finish are all indicative of well made. The follow up after having to reach out was on point and professional
