ORDER Mbat-2735164 I placed my order on September 20, and as of today, I still have not received it\. I have contacted the company several times by email to ask for an update, but unfortunately, I have not received any response\. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing\. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and an explanation for the delay\.

I received my order promptly and quality of product was great. There was just a discrepancy with it, I received two items of the same thing. I emailed them and let them know and got a very prompt response, very friendly and they refunded my money. Great Customer Service easy to deal with just that one small discrepancy in my order, but I will definitely order from them again.

Company processed my return very quickly when I was not satisfied with the product. I appreciate they were efficient on this end.

I received timely professional service that met my full expectation, with an issue that I had with my recent order. An extra multifunctional sprayer was added to my order that I did not need-I may have checked a box that I had not intended. Regardless, the company and employee responded within hours to my email requesting cancellation of the extra unit and dealt with my issue, efficiently and effectively, leaving me feeling very positive about how I was treated as a customer. The issue was fully resolved and a full refund will be issued.

I ordered the wallet. The one that was sent to me was the incorrect one because it did not have the pocket for the bills. I notified the organization and "WITHOUT" hesitation, they refunded my purchase. An organization that assumes immediate responsibility and due diligence in resolving their mistakes, and corrects them immediately placing the customer first above all, is an organization to stick with and follow their line of products.
