First Order ever placed with them. R3 was from a batch from August- September 2025 , contacted them to ask if that’s normal and never got a reply and it’s been a week. So bad customer service already but the GHK luckily was from a recent batch and has been awesome

Mt2 and glow worked the Reta was bad though I’ve used all these before idk what was wrong with it but no effects or side effects
