I’m writing this because I recently discovered four unauthorized charges on my bank card for products I never purchased. When I checked the transaction details, all of them were linked to a website called ruo.bio, a site I had never visited before. The charges appeared as legitimate orders, yet I never got any confirmation emails, receipts, or any sign that I had initiated these transactions. This situation is extremely concerning. If anyone sees charges connected to this website, I strongly recommend checking your bank statements immediately and disputing the charges with your bank. Very negative experience. Not trustworthy at all.

They literally mailed me an empty bag, I should have read the reviews. Don’t worry they messed with the wrong one. I know how their whole operation works, suppliers, addresses, etc. They messed with the wrong one! Apparently their stuff is fake anyways.

This company has no integrity. Super shady. They won’t even respond to emails. I tried 3 times to get ahold of them regarding a payment issue. If they can’t communicate with their customers, do you really want to trust them with their products? As long as they get their money, what do they care about us?

I should have read reviews prior to ordering. My main peptide supplier closed so I tried this company based on an instagram person I followed. Bad choice on my end. Upon receiving the items, I noticed they were shipped from "Algo Influence LLC." The capsules appear to be manually filled and are larger than necessary for the specified dosage. More importantly, after using the products, I found that the capsules had no effect. Similarly, while the peptide vials reconstituted properly, they were also completely ineffective. Strongly suggest staying away and DON'T waste your money.

Took Reta and no effect at all after a week. I then switched to a different product from another company and felt effects instantly. Would not recommend buying Reta from them.

Probably the worst shipping experience ever and unsure if they sent my peptides a month later. DO NOT BUY, PROCEED WITH CAUTION THEY SCAM

I paid for my order ..they never shipped my order out . I emailed them on multiple occasions.. They never responded... And they never returned my money ..basically a total scam

Received AICAR and when reconstructed it was cloudy. Never ever happened to me before. I’ve been using peptides for a while. I’ve contacted them no reply. The vial also looked cheaply made.
