Got my product super quick and super amazing products

This was my first time ordering from Ruo and couldn’t be more pleased, shipping time was extremely fast and arrived ahead of schedule! Definitely going to be a returning customer🙏 Thank you to the team at RUO!

fast shipping and pure product

Great experience overall. Shipping was fast, packaging was professional, and products were good. 10/10.

I have ordered from them a few times and service is always top notch. I did have a few missing vials from my last order, but customer service responded quickly and shipped out the missing vials with a few business days, exactly as they stated. I recommend this company and will continue to order from Ruo.

Customer Service via email was very helpful, even during the holiday rush. I ordered a package to the wrong address. Noticed the same day of order, emailed them, and sent them a ticket, and they fixed it within a business day. They were very communicative and helpful. The peptides came safe and sound.

Customer service was top notch had a question about payment going through and was responded right away and as researcher product is amazing and overall a great experience product highly recommend 10/10
