Good value for the money and they are trustworhty.

Really bad experience. GUI all broken, getting errors like "No API found" or when you restart the pod "Pod resume failed: There are not enough free GPUs on the host machine to start this pod." really really bad experience overall. I would not recommend anyone to waste money or time even trying this service.

RunPod can deliver strong performance when everything works — but that’s the problem: far too often, it doesn’t. Pod performance is inconsistent. I’ve had H100 pods run at roughly half their usual speed, which quickly becomes expensive when billed by the hour. This is not a rare edge case. Persistent storage is another major issue. You pay to keep pod data alive even when the pod is stopped, yet very frequently those pods cannot be restarted, forcing you to create a new one and effectively wasting the storage fees. The platform is also not beginner-friendly. Accessing persisted data is unnecessarily complicated, and when something goes wrong it can be difficult to even locate the data you’re paying to keep. Infrastructure issues make things worse: uploads sometimes fail entirely or are painfully slow, and these situations are often followed by sub-par pod performance — compounding lost time and money. Support is polite, but refunds for technical problems are mostly symbolic. Overall: usable if you can tolerate downtime and rework, but not reliable enough for serious, time-sensitive projects.

They claim to give 5$ to 500$ bonus on signup but they are deceiving people. There is a small text in their terms of service that 98% of people will get 5$ bonus only. Their gpus are extremely overpriced compared to the market x3 - x5 . While there is no disponibility. Totally deceptive practices and a waste of money

Using Runpod was my first ever experience using a GPaaS service and the process couldn't have felt any easier. The guided first install was clear and easy to follow and the customer service if you ended up getting stuck during any part of the process was fast and very knowledgeable. Going into using GPU's worth higher 6 figures had me nervous to say the least. I am very new to the hardware side of computer sciences but it became clear very quickly that you don't need to be an expert to have access to lightning fast GPU power within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this service.

I was new to this and had a lot of questions, so there was definitely a learning curve. Most of the time I could find answers in the Discord community, and when I couldn’t, their email support was quick and helpful. While I would have preferred the option to speak with someone directly, overall it was a very positive experience.
