The recipes are amazing! It is my favorite part of the plan, and I lost 2.5 lbs in the first week. It would be even better if there was an app and/or the website was better. My running plan is not working properly. Although I can go on runs, I don't get the evaluation after my benchmark run. I wish there were a way to return to recipes I like. Once you click done or skip, you can't re-access them. It is a bit time-consuming. It is hard to plan for the week; a grocery list for the recipes would be helpful.

I wish I could give this negative stars because that would be my option. As with many others, I never received my email, checked on the website 5 days later and it showed that I was still "in line" to get my plan. But, they had no problem taking my money right away. I have reached out to Running Diet via email and on their Facebook page with no luck. Same "We're sorry for inconvenience" response that others have gotten with no actual resolution. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and I have requested a refund and filled a complaint though PayPal.

I choose to cancel my subscription less than 1 hour after checking my plan for the following reasons : - No personnalised plan : looks like every common plan, - Do not really follow the requests of number of training - ... The shame is that they only want to refund totally but only 50%! Friendly advice : use free applications like decathlon coach you will find exactly the same plans for free !

As per our refund policy, after the Digital content has already been provided to the Client, the Client is entitled to get a refund for it from the Company only if the Client proves the product (either Digital content or Goods) to be not as described or faulty. I love this app and how it walks you through warm-up, workout, and cool down portions of your session. I also like how I was able to set it for a c ertain amount of workouts per week and it helps guide and decide when I level up for more difficulty, so I don't get stuck in a rut doing the same thing each session.
