My first day it suggests I go for a two mile jog... I've had three babies I haven't worked out in 6 years...seems not very personalized or safe

I’m new to this program and still finding my bearings but it seems to offer education and motivation, just what I need.

Good for beginners to have a place to start. Nutrition plan is pretty solid but the actual running portion really needs an app as well as more guided tips for beginners. Lots of potential but more work needs to be done.

Hey. Thank you for your review. We are working on improvements real hard, and with the help of community reviews, we'll be able to make the program just perfect. What is more, an app is on its way! Some final touches have to be completed for it to see the daylight. Thus stay tuned for more information! Stay safe! Running Diet's Team

This has been an excellent tool for helping me start to run. I've been a non-runner for awhile. This program has helped me start from scratch with my fitness goals. I would recommend to folks just beginning.

I really like the daily exercise plans, but could use more of an explanation as to what some of the exercises are.
