SCAM!! I wish there was a zero star option! Ive purchased this very basic platform and have been unable to access it due to it saying my plan is on their 'old website'. Ive made at least a dozen attempts to contact these people with zero reply. DO NOT BUY THIS PLAN!!!!

Still pretty new to the program, but I enjoy the detailed instructions and tips they provide to make the best of your run.

I wish the program came with an app to help me keep track better. If I miss checking email Or close the browser I forget about the program. Once these are ironed out to help me keep better track and stay on course I and sure it will be worth every cent...

This seems like a total scam, AVOID IT! I signed up for a personalized program... it’s not what I got at all. What I did get is access to a random website with very generalized information. Nothing on the website is “just for me.” There is no app either. I just didn’t see the value of such a purchase so I contacted customer service right away to ask for a refund on the first day I had access. One week later and three emails back and forth have earned me nothing but a run-around. They keep telling me “it’s your choice to cancel” but nothing has been canceled and nothing has been refunded. It’s beyond obnoxious. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!

I am new to this plan. But I am really enjoying it. I like the warm up exercises and cool down exercises. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing weight and getting more active. Great for beginners.

Just started using it. The exercises seem a great complement to the running plan. The tips provided are also great. Will be in a position to give a better review in a couple months.

I wanted to start this year with some new fitness goals and the Running Diet seemed to be a good way to begin a new routine on my health and fitness journey. It has been easy to follow, the tips and website are very easy to use, and the partners are responsive if you have questions. The meal plan has very tasty, yet simple recipes to prepare, and so far my experience has been very positive.
