I wish I could give less than one star. I chose the plan and the meal plan - and immediately realized this was a bad investment. It is little more than a website. I did not receive the meal plan. And within 24 hours requested a full refund. I was advised that they will only refund 50 percent, even though I made the request within the 14 days.... in fact within less than 24 hours of purchasing. Do not recommend them in any way. This was an expensive lesson. Do not make the mistake I did. A waste of money.

I enjoy the program. I haven't been on it long enough to see much progress.

Pague un plan, me lo envían en inglés, después no logro verlo, les digo que quiero cancelar porque no lo veo y en inglés no me sirve y no me contestan más es una estafa!

Love the running plans the site needs some work impossible to mark off days and moving from week to week not automatic meal plans need more variety and more normal everyday ingrediants

I bought the running diet a little while ago and didn't get to it straight away. Now I'm ready to get going with it, they've changed their website (but not their contact email, I notice) and I am unable to access my account. The website says it has found my account and will send an email, but I never receive one. I have tried this multiple times. I have emailed the their contact address twice now, and the only response I get is a review email asking how their service was!!! Very annoying. Starting to think the whole thing is a hoax.

I started following the plan this year and have already seen progress in my times for running. While masks make it hard to keep up the pace sometimes I am enjoying the different plans and find the interval running to be very useful.

I answered all the questions they asked of me. I have never run and wanted to start. Thankfully, I paid only for 3 months. I do not feel that I received what was advertised. The first two days were rest days, then it started with run/ jog for 34 minutes. I have never run before. How is this personalized? I requested a refund after seeing the second day of running. I was told I would only get 50% back. No where in their policy does it state only 50% refund. I requested it well within the fourteen days. Then they suggested they could personalize for me. Wait, what? Wasn't it supposed to be personalized from the beginning? For a runner? This may be a good idea, but definitely not for a beginner.
