I love the customizability of the program. I wish they made a free version like a trial period but otherwise overall it's good.

I was very skeptical at first purchasing anything from somewhere I had not really heard about and had already been scammed from another "program" really did not want to try but it seemed like just the program and help I was looking for on my weight loss journey so I tried the 3 month subscription which as only about 30 dollars I figured if it was a scam I wouldn't be hit to hard. But it was legit! Got my running plan the next day via email and was very happy with how everything was broken down and explained just what I was looking for!

I love the running plans and the meal plan. I haven’t had any issues with spam. The plan was delivered as promised. My biggest complaint is the lack of a phone-based app.

I am a beginner with the Running Diet but enjoying the accountability

I see so many negative reviews and I can say for certain that either Running Diet has address customer service issues or that I’m lucky. I also see the 5 star reviews (like mine) and wonder if they’re legit...well, this one is. I have just started the plan and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve sent 2 emails with “rookie” questions and both have been answers quickly, helpfully, and with nothing “missing in translation”. I haven’t been spammed with emails, my plan is always available and I don’t see much (any) in the way of ads or pop up content on their site. While my first thought was “wait, there’s no app for this??”, I have had zero issues with the website or accessing my plan. For a 50 year old fat guy who HATED running, it’s an excellent introduction to the exercise (sorry, still not ready to call it a sport) and I have recommended it to friends and family already.

ETA: The only response I’ve gotten was the reply here. Legitimately the worst customer service I have ever received. If I could give zero stars I would. I canceled minutes after subscribing when I realized I subscribed to the wrong company. Too quick to pull the trigger on my part. They said multiple times their refund policy was to only give a 50% refund. I could not find anything stating that in anything published. I paid through PayPal and attempted to dispute it. It was even denied through PayPal. I then emailed back and now they’re saying they cannot refund me ANYTHING because of the dispute with PayPal. I’ve requested a supervisor’s contact information but I’m sure I’ll never get it and even if I do it will take days for “Martin” to respond with some generic broken English response.

I paid about 26 hrs ago. Running Diet confirmed my order in an email, telling me that it could take up to 27hrs to personalize the plan. After work, tonight, I went to my inbox, to find a handful of 4-5 spam emails in my inbox, trying to get me to buy more features. One email questioned why I hadn't opened my "plan", yet. When I clicked the access link, I saw no "plan". Just a note that tomorrow would be a "rest" day, an article about running shoes (which didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know), an "inspirational" quote, and an ad yet again, to buy more features, that took approx. 25% of the page’s content. There doesn't appear to be more to the "plan" than this. I sent an e-mail to customer service, asking for my money back. Very disappointed and disillusioned. Who needs more spam? Nobody. Oh, and I'm disputing the charge on my credit card.

Just started with it but doing well. Like that it is planned out for me.
