This is a total scam. I paid for it, got my "plan" and it is nothing but telling me to run 2 times a week! There is no actual plan. I then tried to contact them about canceling and getting a refund. Their "contact us" tab directs you to an unknown page, so the link doesn't work. You can only email them. I have emailed 5 times and NO RESPONSE! Save your money!

The plan itself went to spam so I never saw it. There was next to no communication about the cost. When I requested a refund I was flatly denied, then promised a 50% refund, and received absolutely nothing. It's a scam and the service is dreadful. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

I’ve been using for almost 3 weeks now and have really enjoyed. The recipes are amazing and I love the nutritional breakdown. Workouts are easy to remember and love that they offer ‘warm up’ and ‘cool down’ exercises. Would love if they were able to make this into an app but I was able to pin the website to my home screen so I have no issues accessing. Would definitely recommend.

I have been trying to get in touch for a refund but there's hasn't been any kind of response. I even sent a follow up email and there has been NOTHING. I am very disappointed in their customer service and unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone.
