Hey Lazaro, we appreciated the order! We received all 7 of the emails you sent within 45 minutes and after we responded to your requests, we never received a response back. So after not hearing back, we already issued a full refund for your order earlier today per your requests. We also emailed you a cancellation and refund email (to no response as well.) What's up Jacob, Our email response to your original inquiry went unanswered so we'll re-iterate our response for you here. We are extremely transparent on the site which is why the button says "PREORDER NOW" on the product page, along with a message below it on when it will ship out. There was also a note on the Cart page next to the product along with a note on every page throughout the checkout process from shipping to payment, including your confirmation page (which we emailed you screenshots of every page that was clicked through that displayed the pre-order message). Our request asking if you would like for us to cancel and refund your order also went ignored. Rest assured though, we'll also be very quick to issue you a refund and cancel your order, so again, please let us know what you'd like for us to do. If you'd still like the item, no worries and it will ship out at the end of August. Feel free to reach out to us via email again and look forward to hearing back.
