We can see that you never reached out to our support for assistance so please reach out to [email protected] so we can reconfirm your address and reship your order when we receive it back. For future reference, we only ship to the exact address you enter, so unfortunately we can't control if the address was entered incorrectly or if there are external factors prohibiting USPS from dropping off your item. This can be blocked access to the drop-off location, not enough information of the drop-off location or other factors. Looking forward to hearing from you so we can help you out!

Thanks for reaching out dude! Sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet. Often times USPS may mark a package as delivered when it really isn't but it typically arrives within the next 24-48 hours. We ask that you wait to see if the package arrives within the next 48 hours as it typically does. If the package doesn't arrive than no worries at all-- I can see that you have package protection so you are eligible for a replacement order.

The t shirts shrink and the bottom part of the t shirt are so lose and don't sit at the hip but at least the top fits well.. but the first two just ruin the t shirt.. also the black color t shirt just fades after 3-4 washes

Appreciate the feedback Luke! To avoid shrinkage and any potential fading, we highly recommend following our wash instructions which will greatly increase the longevity of your shirts. We hope you can try us out again in the future as we're always looking to improve our threads!

I ordered 1 polo 4 days later they still haven't shipped it , at least I think when I tried reaching out to customer service, no response. They took my money with no problem. No # to call no response. I would say buyer beware. Also tried getting a refund followed the instructions was web page read couldn't process the return What's going on . First and last time. Then when you write an honest review the seem offended well I'm offended on the lack of customer service.

Hey Lazaro, we appreciated the order! We received all 7 of the emails you sent within 45 minutes and after we responded to your requests, we never received a response back. So after not hearing back, we already issued a full refund for your order earlier today per your requests. We also emailed you a cancellation and refund email (to no response as well.) Nevertheless, expect your refund to be sent back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Thanks dude and enjoy the rest of your week!

Ordered a shirt only to find out later that it would take over a month to get it . Landing page said nothing about pre order but they were quick to take my payment without telling me . Shady business

What's up Jacob, Our email response to your original inquiry went unanswered so we'll re-iterate our response for you here. We are extremely transparent on the site which is why the button says "PREORDER NOW" on the product page, along with a message below it on when it will ship out. There was also a note on the Cart page next to the product along with a note on every page throughout the checkout process from shipping to payment, including your confirmation page (which we emailed you screenshots of every page that was clicked through that displayed the pre-order message). Our request asking if you would like for us to cancel and refund your order also went ignored. Rest assured though, we'll also be very quick to issue you a refund and cancel your order, so again, please let us know what you'd like for us to do. If you'd still like the item, no worries and it will ship out at the end of August. Feel free to reach out to us via email again and look forward to hearing back.
