I was confused about getting a coupon, but Jody was very patient. This is my first time ordering from rug studio, and I must say they offer beautiful choices. I have looked at other sites, but this one is the best. Thank you, Pat

Excellent customer service!! What customer service should be!
Excellent, caring customer service. I needed certain timing on delivery, & they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And when the delivery service made an error, they were all over it and made sure that I was satisfied ASAP! They always look for a customer oriented solution! Great company!
