Rug Source OnlineReviews of rugsourceonline.com

Fast shipping and item was exactly as listed. Will do business with company again.

I ordered a rug I really liked and it arrived promptly after payment was made. Also description of rug required professional knowledge only available if you are buying from people who know their rugs as well as these fellows do. Sincerely. Mike & Frosty. Astoria. Ore... ..

They refused a return saying they were out of business (even stated on the ups return form) . The number they list on the shipment is also disconnnected. Once I tracked them down they are now accusing me of taking more that 14 days to return so they are blaming me and refusing to make this situation right. I sent them original documents of the refusal and they are stating the the time overlasp frees them from any obligation. This is dishonest and wrong.

We would certainly purchase again should we have a need. Thank you

Rugs ordered as described. Very pleased!

GREAT Prices & Fast Shippers

Over the years I have bought 5 or 6 rugs from Rugsource. Once I had to return one because the colors did not match our decor properly. I cannot say enough good about Rugsource. I have bought rugs at auctions and from retailers in NYC. But some of the best rugs I have eve bought have been from Rugsource. Their price are excellent. Their photos and descriptions are accurate. They are my trusted go-to source for Oriental Rugs. One other thing. Customer service. If you eve have to call them - they are there - 24/7! Real live folks that answer the phone and help you. Their rugs are great and fairly priced. You can trust them. They are great.
