Outages literally every week
The prices are low, but so is the quality. Outages and maintenance occur very frequently with RubyHost. The servers usually go down suddenly and randomly for a few minutes before coming back on, interspersed with the large outages that last several hours. In fact, at the time of writing the Dallas location is having an outage. Not only this but it's marked on the status page as "planned maintenance"!!! I hate explaining to my users why the server is going down constantly. Will try to find a different provider.

You're right about the Dallas outage — it was a misstep on our part to label that as "maintenance" when it clearly didn’t feel that way.
