Signed up and bought their welcome…
Signed up and bought their welcome deal. Couldn’t even get close to the redeeming amount. I spoke to an agent via chat support and was informed they’d send me a bonus to my email. I still haven’t received said bonus and have reached out multiple times now, still no email. After your first initial purchase with them, the offers to follow are terrible. I don’t recommend this site.

Great game selection/cashing out is a chore.
Great game selection. The user experience is also very good. Downside, you can only withdraw a max of $1k at a time, and when you cash out that much your withdraw may take over the 7 days that they say. I have 2 $1000 withdraws that have been pending for nearly 2 weeks.

Don’t trust these guys I won 300 and…
Don’t trust these guys I won 300 and was verified instantly ok cool I submit my redemption and I get an email saying they need to verify me to prevent fraud I was like okay no biggie. I wake up this morning to email saying they couldn’t verify me and permanently deleted my account. Straight scammers do not put your money on here

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! I have played across many social casinos through the years and have never encountered the blatant scam involved here. They have the normal big name games BUT when you win, good luck seeing the payout. Customer service is ran by a.i. and even when you provide documents, same a.i. response. STAY AWAY!!!! Plenty of better options
