Make it impossible to redeem. I have the type of card that is holographic and see through, so I can't send these clear pictures of all my info on my card, and they won't process it even tho you can see the info in the pictures I sent, plus it matches info with my id verification I completed. They accepted the money I spent tho.

These guys are trash definitely a scam lost everything I put in immediately didn’t even win a penny. These are Pathetic little crooks. WARNING DONT PLAY HERE! Ruby chips don’t reply with ur random number generator mumbo jumbo. Iv already flagged your fake trust pilot reviews but mainly , modulating live slot play is illegal and not tolerated. Also flagged this casino to the Gaming Bureau and submitted the evidence I screen recorded during my experience.

This site is a scam. Won $180. They asked for 100 different screenshots of my bank accounts to redeem then said wanted videos after showing them several screenshots. I’m 100% legit. I have bank accounts with fortune 5 banks. This went on for several days and then they deleted my account. Seems like identity theft attempts. Where’s my $180.

I am filing a lawsuit against this casino and please. If you read my comment join me we will take this scammers down. We will not let them take people money and hope or a fake of winning when they are not they are running a Calculator games that will take your money before you even think that you’re gonna win no matter what you do there’s no such thing it’s called random numbers generator.
