Hello All, my story goes like this! I decided to rent an Avis/Budget vehicle for work. My special job really requires a lot from us special individuals who are Geotechnical Engineers / technicians and Inspectors who travel from job-site to Another job-site on a daily basis. We always need a reliable vehicle so we can make sure we arrive at a job-site on time, and to look the professional part. I rented the vehicle from Budget/ Avis and I ended using it for roughly about 1 Month. The vehicle I rented was a 2023 Ford F150 that had in the ballpark mileage of 30,000ish on it. Well I asked the customer service about buying a truck, she told me that we sell them at around 30K on their vehicles sometimes. The representative informed me to look at website RubyCar.com so I did look at their cars and trucks. After delegating if I should buy new or not! I called Rubycar and the representative I remember his name is Richard!! Richard and me talked for a bit and he explained to part of the process and what would come next. Richard explained to me how simple things are and everything is set up from all the way until signing on your phone like I did. Richard made things less stressful and easy to deal with! no finagling or put in a spot to buy immediately! It was broken down in sections simply. Richard informed there is no middle man / person going back and forth to dealership representatives and then coming to me! You must check this out and I truly hope you get Richard! If you decide to buy from them, he was excellent representative for RubyCar and RubyCar is really lucky to have him. If there’s any issue or questions you need answered, Richard gets back to you right away! Fantastic service from him. He wants to make you’re happy with everything and that you feel like you did the right thing when buying a RubyCar. I would like to say many Thanks on getting that information for me on the warranty Richard I felt better after that! It comes automatically with the car if not mistaken It’s a 3 years Warranty or 36,000 miles whichever comes first they said. Good luck to all in buying from RubyCar / or with Richard! Great person

my experience with rubycar has been fantastic. easy. and a way better experience than buying from a local dealership. i actually hesitated to buy a car from ruby car, based on some reviews ive seen online, but my experience was great. specifically Arkada, really went above and beyond to help me out and answer any questions i had! (and i had a lot!) reallyy really happy with my purchase and will use them again in the future!

I had an exceptional experience with Ruby car. I bought a 2023 Nissan rogue. The first contact was with one and sales who started the process. He was awesome and very helpful. My finance advisor. Carolyn Donnelly was awesome got me great terms got me the paperwork in a timely fashion. We had one minor bump in the road we needed to get An extension for my temporary tag expiring. I called the customer service and Arkada Was extremely helpful. Got me a new temporary tag and my license plate arrived about a month later it was a great experience of buying a vehicle for my couch and not having to go to the dealership and play the cello games. I’ve been in the car business for 12 years and even I didn’t want to go to the dealership when it’s time for me to buy my next car I will be using Ruby car again thank you.
